I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "The Cattle Diseases, Slaughter-Houses, and Markets Ordinance, 1887);" and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

2. This Ordinance is a consolidation of the Ordinances mentioned in Section 32. It was prepared by the Law Revision Committee.

I have marked in red ink in the margin the corresponding Sections of the repealed Ordinances.
